I have been trying very hard to let some past emotions let go.
But just as the past emotions have been affecting me, they have
infected others, some positive, some negative.
I wish i could go back and ensure that all what for
positive and nothing negative.
Also, this heavy feeling i have on my mind  i know is of evil..
Something spiritual and something man-made. It is easier to love
to care, and to nourish than it is to hate, be violent, wish violence towards
others etc. I can see why they are in charge, they took the easy route, they
presumed they have damned us, but they are secure. It i completely foolish of them
to assume that.

I called into work, since i couldn't even get any sleep, left arm now is bothering me more than my right.
Also found out i dislocated my left shoulder somehow, only time i can remember a pain like that
was years ago at Spectrum (now golds gym) the swinging motion while i was still holding the dumbbell
is what propped it somewhat back in, (not 100%). literally felt like someone for a instant cut my arm off and re-attached it. Winging scapula, dislocated shoulder, slight muscle tendon tear(?) or w/e the Dr said was wrong with my left bicep, is too much. I can't wait for bionic parts/augmented reality.
Dr. says there's no need for surgery, well shit, im 28, im falling apart both in the inside and out.
The physical body, metaphysical body, and mind, are a three-way street that is being eradicated by
this fabricated system which we live in.

Emotional stress does affect the body, that's what im come to learn the hard way.
My heart craves love, the spiritual type, but this system is trying to pull me in,
Trying to pull me into the fold the flocking way of life.
They want to destroy true individualism, and individual thought etc.
And want everyone to think as the same, do as the same, have fun as the same.
And and anything that which isn't the same in their system is "Crazy", "Freak" etc etc.

Went to the Jackalope Festival in Arizona.
Was able to purchase food, and other goods with Silver, and even bitcoin.
As most people here know, Arizona is an open carry state, unlike here in Texas.

We have this image of being the 'gun' State, but in reality it's more Arizona than Texas.
They can open carry without having to show papers, unlike here when in 2016, we will
have to show papers, just like in Nazi Germany.

People can get together, and live in peace, with firearms, media and political agendas
to assuage emotion on important real issues that are going to affect generation after generation.
And to add fuel to the corrupt fire they run to regain/gain control by instilling dictators, and causing wars to happen and other conflicts to occur with "sound" mind.

Recently deactivated facebook, hopefully for the last time.
As much as social media can convenience our lives, it can also do
considerable amounts of damage. People cheat,lie, deceive through
Social media more than actually flirting/lying etc in person.
Epidemic ruins relationships, and can encourage new ones
at the same pace. The progress of technology is accelerating too
fast for us to comprehend in a casual/consistent manner, we have people who
still can't figure out how to use their devices to it's 100% ability even
after a long while, while owning it. Making us dumber gradually, with the enhancement of technology to make us more susceptible to giving a shit less.

You need to find a balance between this gap.
This gap is widening the younger ages from each other
to express themselves unfearfully in public, and without
thought of discrimination.

This is just my daily dose of thought...
I might not write it down for anyone else to see.
but definitely remember things like this that
make you questions more.

Great audiobook, what he is speaking about is happening in a way..

Seems like a hint to readers/listeners to wake up now or this can happen.

Corruption is becoming more rampant and widespread, we can use the internet to

divulge in searching for facts and to spread it. The elite can do something similar..

funneling funds,working together, trying to control (over-regulate) companies, tinker with

peoples lives through threats, even marketing directed in ways that i think are intrusive. 

Just keep doing what you're doing, and continue to not minding the issues at hand and think

they will just disappear. 

Unfortunately people will try to wake up and some will try to help out others they know and will

be in a situation... Friend or Truth? that has happened to me.
